THE MAESTRA FELLOWSHIP
Cada seis meses, MI CUMBIA awards two paid fellowships to a pair of exceptional manicuristas, a rare chance to refine your craft, tu arte, to world-class capacity at a Latina-founded studio, trabajando codo a codo with some of the most accomplished practitioners in Philadelphia.
This is real work, at the table, las manos aprendiendo. The Maestra fellow trains directly under MI CUMBIA’s master practitioners in the only Colombian botánicá in the Americas, eighteen years in Rittenhouse Square, four times named Best of Philly, elevating technique, botanical practice, and the discipline of a room held to the standard of the world’s finest hospitality, before a discerning international clientele.
Revisamos cien candidatas cada ciclo. Two are chosen. The fellowship is mentored and in person, but flexible, shaped around your life, from one day a week to more y concluye con la oportunidad of a lasting position within the practice.
NAIL TECHNICIANS

SPA ASSISTANT
Detrás de cada servicio en MI CUMBIA hay una persona que hace posible el arte. La Asistente de Spa es el corazón del estudio, quien prepara cada plato botánico con el mismo cuidado que el mise en place de una gran cocina, y cuida que cada detalle de la operación fluya con gracia.
No es un papel cualquiera detrás de escena. En la única botánicá colombiana de las Américas, un estudio fundado por una latina, dieciocho años en Rittenhouse Square y cuatro veces nombrada Best of Philly, la asistente aprende los botánicos, las técnicas y la disciplina de una casa sostenida al nivel de la mejor hospitalidad del mundo. Es donde muchas grandes carreras comienzan.
